The RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan will present the draft which annuals the Decision N 935-A of the RA Government of 13 August, 2015 on “Alienation of the property of the RA Government attached to “Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex” Non Commercial State Organization” and Liquidation of “Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex” Non Commercial State Organization”.”
The purchase and sale agreement signed with “NTAA Investment Group” on 1 September 2015 shall be annulled in the period of ten days after the decision takes effect.
Justification for the approval of this decision is that “NTAA Investment Group” LLC failed to perform the payment for the alienated state property in the period provided in the Decision N 935-A of the RA Government of 13 August, 2015.
