On February 3 Georgi Kutoyan was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General by The RA President’s decree. Before this position, he was the assistant of President, on January 21, 2011 he was appointed to this position.
At the beginning of 2011, Georgi Kutoyan had declared 87 million AMD, which at the end of the year decreased and totaled to 5 million AMD. His revenues were received from remuneration for labor amounted to 2.99 million AMD.
In 2012, his funds continued to decrease and totaled to 4 million AMD. And the revenues from the remuneration for labor amounted to 3.42 million AMD.
In 2013, the funds of the RA President’s assistant continued to decrease and at the end of the year amounted to 2 million AMD. Revenues received from remuneration for labor increased to 3.74 million AMD.
In 2014 his funds remained the same, but his revenues increased for 5.24 million AMD.
At the beginning of 2012, Georgi Kutoyan’s wife Hasmik Bisharyan had declared 7 million AMD savings, which at the end of the year stayed the same. During that year she did not have any revenues. In 2013, Hasmik Bisharyan’s income had decreased and totaled to 5 million AMD. She did not have any revenues. In 2014, she also did not have any revenues and her funds decreased and totaled to 4 million AMD.
In 2011, Georgi Kutoyan’s father Karen Kutoyan had revenues received from remuneration for labor which amounted to 6.64 million AMD, in 2012, it totaled to 3.58 million AMD, in 2013, it totaled to 3.75 million AMD, and in in 2014 – 3.88 million AMD. During that year he had not acquired any property, he had not declared neither funds nor property.
Georgi Kutoyan’s mother Alisa Kutoyan, did not have any income or funds in the period of 2011 to 2014. In general her declarations are empty.
Interestingly, Georgi Kutoyan is one of the unique officials whose funds tend to decrease.
