On 25 January, the RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan met with the Secretary General of the European Council Thorbjørn Jagland in the scope of the working visit to Strasbourg to discuss a number of issues of mutual interest.
In particular the parties referred to the anticipated legislative reforms as a result of the new Constitution of the RA, the measures undertaken in the framework of fight against corruption, the new action plan with the EC, as well the process of implementation of ECHR decisions, the Information and Public Relations Department of the RA Ministry of Justice reports.
