Iravaban.net presents the names of the Companies, which have appeared in the “black list” of the RA Ministry of Finance. Gnumner.am website informs that the following seven companies are included in this list. The companies have no right to participate in the state procurement processes.
1. “Universal Order” LLC, registration address 6 Northern Avenue, Yerevan. The company was included in the list on 5 September 2013 and shall stay in the list till the end of September 2016.
2. “Ashot Avoyan LLC”, registration address 4 Karmir Banaki str., Abovyan city, Kotayk marz. The company was included in the list on 13 September 2013 and shall stay in the list till the end of 13 September 2016.
3. “Continenttext” LLC, registration address 15 Komitas str., Yerevan. The company was included in the list on 25 May 2015 and is banned from the process of the state procurements till 25 May 2018.
4. “City Petrol Group” LLC, registration address, 1 Pushkin str., Yerevan. The company was included in the list on 8 October 2015 and is banned from participation in state procurement processes for the term of 3 years
5. “Gor” LLC, registration address Village Aringe, Kotayk marz. The company was included in the list on 8 October 2015 and is banned from the process of the state procurements till 8 October 2018.
6. “Sargis and Marianna” LLC, registration address 7/21 Shiraki str., Yeghvard City, Kotayk marz. The company was included in the list on 8 October 2015 and shall stay in the list till 8 April 2016.
“Architect E. Hovsepyan” LLC was also in this list, but it was removed from the list as the term of the ban was expired.
It is interesting that all these companies were included in the list on the same grounds, specifically according to the provisions of Article 5, Part 1, Point 4(a) of the RA Law on Procurement, which provides։ “More than once violated the obligations under procurement contract with his actions or inaction which caused unilateral termination of the contract by the procuring entity.”
