In May, two (2) contracts for providing services were signed with “Air Training Centre” CJSC. The costs of the contracts were 16.5 mln. AMD and 20 mln. 600 thousand AMD.
According to the contract signed on 26 May, the “Air Training Centre” CJSC received 16.5 million AMD (about 34 thousand USD) for the round-trip transportation service Yerevan – Koshetau-Yerevan to Kazakhstan on 28-29 May.
According to the contract signed on 27 May, the Staff of the RA Government paid 20.6 million AMD (about 42 thousand USD) for the special round-trip flight Yerevan-Prague (Czech Republic)-Yerevan on June 1 and June 3.
Notably, there is information on the official website of the RA Government that the delegation led by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan shall live on a working visit to Kokshetau- Kazakhstan on 28 May. On 29 May he shall participate in the working meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Governments and the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Burabay.
However, the Prime Minister’s decision on this visit is not available yet. There is no information on the composition of the delegation either. There is no information on the trip to the Prague too. Notably, the Decisions 414-A and 415-A of the Prime Minister signed on 25 May, which provide the grounds for the procurement of the service are not available in the Government’s website and in any on-line source in general.
It is due to notice that the Governmental delegation had had two special trips at the beginning of this year as well, which cost 103 thousand USD to the state budget.
