Hunan Poghosyan, the Deputy Chief of the RA Police assumed office in 2008.
According to his declaration on income and assets at the beginning of 2011 he had 75 million AMD and 40 thousand USD, which at the end of the year totaled to 72 million AMD and 40 thousand USD respectively. The income was generated only from remuneration for labor which made around 4.5 million AMD.
In 2012 his funds decreased by 2 million AMD, whereas the income remained unchanged.
In 2012 the Deputy Chief of Police alienated the flat in an apartment building for 80 million AMD. In addition to the revenue from the sale of property, he also received remuneration for job in the amount of 6.1 million AMD. At the end of the year he had 75 million AMD and 40 thousand USD.
In 2014, Hunan Poghosyan’s funds decreased by half and totaled to 40 million AMD and 20 thousand USD. However the declaration did not clarify the reason for such decrease. There is no information on purchase of property or any other transactions. In this year also his income was generated from remuneration for job which made 5.3 million AMD.
Nune Poghosyan, the Deputy Chief’s spouse, had 10 thousand USD at the beginning of 2011, however this sum was nullified by the end of the year. She did not have any income in 2012 and 2013, she did not have savings either. In 2014 she did not have income, but her funds increased by 7 million AMD and 8 thousand USD.
Hrachya Poghosyan, the Deputy Chief’s son, obtained a real estate attached to the land for the cost of 140 million AMD. And it turns out that it was a donation. Similarly he did not have any income or funds in 2012, 2013, and 2014.
