At today’s government session, the Minister of Justice, Arpine Hovhannisyan submitted a draft decision, according to which the ministry should be allocated 3660 Euro to compensate the citizen according the ECHR decision.
The draft decision reads “for the purpose of fair compensation according to the judgment of ECHR referring the case “Shamoyan against Armenia”, allocate to the RA Ministry of Justice, 3660 Euro equivalent in AMD from the Republic of Armenia State Budget.”
The Government approved the Draft.
