On December 2, the staff of the Government signed a sale and purchase agreement with “Mikhayil Arustamov” Private Entrepreneur. According to the contract as a souvenir electronic equipment worth 2 million 340 thousand AMD was purchased. Particularly, 33 smartphones (Samsung s7582) worth 1 million 155 thousand AMD were bought. This means that each of them costs 65 thousand AMD. Also an ipad 4 (280 thousand AMD), 3 computers (540 thousand AMD), 2 laptop (315 thousand AMD) and a digital camera (50 thousand AMD) were bought.
However we do not know why this souvenirs were bought and whom they should be given.
