On September 9, the Government and the Public Services Regulatory Commission have signed a contract with “Deloitte and Tush CIS” CJSC for consulting energy sector regularity and offering audit services.
The total value of the contract is 230 thousand USD or 110 million 13 thousand AMD, but only 39 million 200 thousand AMD was paid. The deadline of the contract execution is on December 6, therefore the country will pay the full cost of the services before it.
Note that earlier iravaban.net has stated that “Deloitte and Tush CIS” CJSC has completed the first stage of audit research.
The legal justification of the purchase is the 922-N decision of the Government (August 13). The appendix of this decision informs that in addition to this company, “Mackenzie and Company ” also had an offer concerning audit services for three-stage audit services costing around 900.000 EUR or 480 million AMD.
