62-year-old Grigor Nazaryan is arrested for 52 poisoned and hospitalized pupils. The case is investigated at the General Court of Ararat and Vayots Dzor judged by Rubik Mkhitaryan. According to condemnatory conclusion Grigor Mkhitaryan was an operator at food chain of confectionery factory and the main responsible man of food safety. He did not keep the orders of the Government of “About confirming the technical order of food hygiene requirements.
On 9-10 September 2015, he did not supervise the hygiene of the gatas, cakes, buns, pie with potato and hotdog with sausage made by Anatolia Kirakisyan and Anush Mikayelyan in all the stages.
As a result food which did not correspond with the safety requirements of health was produced. This included secondary pollution food with Colon Bacillus and Bacillus Cereus microbes. On September 10 this was delivered to the secondary schools of Ararat and Aygezard villages. The food was sold among 7-17 years old pupils.
After eating the food full of microbes, 8 pupils of Aygezard and 44 pupils from Baghramyan secondary schools were hospitalized. Food poisoning was diagnosed.
