On the decision of the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan the costs for the visit of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office Delegation to the RF will be incurred at the expense of the funds of the State Budget allocated for the official visits to foreign countries in 2015. The decision reads:
“Pursuant to the order provided in Clause 1, Point 121, Sub-point 3 of the July 18, 2007 Decree NH-174-N of the President of the Republic of Armenia, incur the costs for the visit of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office Delegation to the RF (Sochi) in the period of 9-12 November, for participation in the “7th Regional Conference of the International Bar Association”, according to the list of the members provided in the annex, incurred at the expense of the funds of the State Budget allocated for the official visits to foreign countries in 2015, and costs for Gevorg Kostanyan according to the actual costs in the supporting documents.”
Notably, according to annex the Armenia delegation included: Gevorg Kostanyan, the RA Prosecutor General; D. Petrosyan, Chief prosecutor of the International Legal Affairs Department of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office; H. Manucharyan, Head of the Procurement and Logistic department of the of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office.
