47-year-old Norayr Chagharyan, who has been an investigator, is accused of drawing up false documents. The case is considered by the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lory Region under the presiding judge Lusine Abgaryan.
According to the case materials, Norayr Chagharyan has been a representative of investigative body, an official permanently exercising the functions of a state representative. While carrying out the functions of considering the crime reports, he has drawn up and handed over a fake trial record as an official document, in which he himself has made notes and signatures on behalf of his supervisor in order not to have a negative figure of undisclosed crimes in the administrative district serviced by himself.
A signature not to leave the country has been chosen as a preventive measure towards the defendant.
