At today’s Government session the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Sargsyan introduced the draft on improving the procedure for the NGO representatives’ participation in the medical and social expertise process for providing the disability categories to the persons with disabilities.
He said that the draft foresees regulation of relationship connected with participation of the representatives of NGOs (hereafter “Organization”) in the disabled rights, in the medical and social examination of the people with disabilities conducted by the medical and social expertise commissions (hereafter “Commissions”).
The aim of the draft is to ensure participation of the people with disabilities and representatives of NGOs dealing with the disabled rights as observers at the medical and social examination of the disabled person on their consent.
The Government approved the draft.
