A criminal case on the fatal accident has been initiated in the General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee.
According to preliminary data, on November 8 2015, at about 15:40 he driver of “Volkswagen Golf” car hit the passenger Arabo Karapetyan on Arshakunyats Avenue causing death by negligence.
A criminal case has been initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee under the requirements of Article 242 (part 2) of the RA Criminal Code (breach of traffic rules and operation of means of transportation, which negligently caused death).
An investigation of the scene has been carried out, a medical and forensic expertise has been appointed.
Preliminary investigation is in process.
