37-year-old Volodya is accused of making a few offenses to his wife’s children that is trafficking, lecherous acts and illegal arrest. The case is being examined in Armavir Court of General Jurisdiction, presided by Judge Arthur Adamyan.
According to indictment he made his wife’s 12-year-old boy begging from 2013 November to 2014 Spring. Afterwards he spent all money for his personal needs. He is accused under the provisions of Article 132.2, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code, which provide imprisonment for the term of 7 to 10 years with the confiscation of property or without it, and depriving from some activity.
Volodya is accused for obscenity with his wife’s 15-year-old daughter. He is accused on the provisions of Article 142, Part 2, Points 2, 3, 4, which provides imprisonment for the term of 2 to 3 years.
On November 2013, he also quarreled with his wife’s 17-year-old daughter as a result of the obscenity with an underage girl, and punished her by locking illegally in the cellar. He is accused on the provisions of Article 133, Part 2, Point 4, which provides imprisonment for the term of 3 to 5 years.
Arrest was chosen as a precautionary measure against him.
