Government did not approve the MP’s Legislative Draft

MP Zaruhi Postanjyan introduced the Draft Law on the Opinion of the Government of Armenia on the Draft Law on “Condemnation of the Occupation of the Motherland of Armenians by the Republic of Turkey and Deprivation of the Armenians from Motherland.” Today the Government expressed a negative opinion on the Draft. Shavarsh Kocharyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that they do not find expedient to approve it.

The conclusion indicates that the framework regulated by the draft is not related with any specific product market, thus the adoption of the Draft will not have any influence upon the competitive market of any specific product group.
