How can a Citizen Trust the Advocate, Who Works at Prosecutor’s Office: Advocate

As Iravaban.net has already informed, on 19 September, the Draft Law on making Changes to the RA Law on Advocacy was discussed publicly. One of the most discussed changes provided by this draft relates to management of advocacy offices. 100% of advocacy offices’ share must belong to the advocate/ advocates.
Advocate Tigran Safaryan considers this offered change correct, as in this case the external influence on the advocate will reduced. Today there are advocacy offices which are conducted by non-advocates, which is not natural.
“Suppose some judge’s relative or some official by means of their family member has and conducts an advocacy office: how can an ordinary client trust the advocates working there?”- Tigran Safaryan said.
