At today’s government session, citizen Sos Avetisyan was granted deferment from the military service. Since 2014 he is a Master Program student at Oxford University, the department of Russian and Eastern European Studies. According to the Decision N 807A, of 14 August 2014, he was granted deferment from the military service till the summer draft of 2015.

The importance of MES decision is connected with the fact that Sos Avetisyan will have a chance to graduate from one of the best universities in the world and invest his gained knowledge in the development of the RA.
