Today, a series of proposals of the National Center for Legislative Regulation were approved at the RA Government session. The proposals refer to inventions including the state and official secret and the determination of the degree of privacy of industrial designs. In particular, it was suggested to reduce the notification deadline of the written conclusion of the competent authority for the disclosure of the subject matter.
According to another suggestion, exchange trade licensing procedure was revoked, as the Law on Licensing does not provide a requirement for the exchange trade activities.
