As a result of the violation of traffic rules 25-year-old Alla is accused for a careless murder. ”DATALRX” Judicial Portal informs.
According to condemnatory decision on 10 October, 2014, at 11:45, Alla, driving with 80 km/h on the 101st km of Yerevan-Gyumri highway, without having driving license, violated the requirements of The RA Law on Road Traffic Safety (Article 23, Clause 3 ). Driving a BMW car registered in another person’s name, she created an emergency situation near the “Rublyovka” restaurant and with the front left part of her car crashed the front left part of Hovhannes Yeghyazaryan’s VAZ 2101 car. As a result Hovhannes Yeghyazaryan died.
The case is examined in the Court of First Instance of Shirak Marz, presiding Judge Ashot Manukyan. Cognizance not to leave is chosen as a precautionary measure.
Notably, Alla is accused for the actions under the provisions of Article 242, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code, which is punished is punished with imprisonment for the term of up to 5 years
