The Court of General Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davitashen Administrative Districts upheld Qnarik Hovsepyan’s appeal of Life annuity contract settlement claim against Gegham Hovsepyan. Lawyer Tatevik Bujatjan wrote on her facebook page and added:
“After 9 years of long and unsuccessful struggle in the case that has had countless rejected verdicts, and seen different lawyers and advocate, justice was eventually restored for the old and sick pensioner, who was tired and almost hopeless.
