Today, the Constitutional Court will consider the joint application of two media. “Hraparak” Daily LLC and “Start Media” LLC have submitted a joint application with request to consider the conformity of Article 5, Part 2 of the RA Law on Mass Media; Article 14, Part 2, Article 41, Part 2, Clause 1 and Article 279 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code with the Constitution of the republic of Armenia.
The Constitutional Court will consider the application in written procedure.
