A criminal proceeding of breaking the rules of exploiting the traffic and traffic means, which resulted in a seventeen-year-old girl’s death, was filed in the Investigation Administration of Yerevan Investigation Committee of the RA
According to preliminary date as the IC informs, on 13 October 2015 at about 20:45 on the crossroads of D. Anhaght and K. Ulnetsi streets D. Bejanyan’s “Vaz-21214” and G. Ghukasyan’s “Toyota” cars collided. As a result of the collision the “Vaz-21214” collided to the pillar of the headlight, which broke and fell on pedestrians, 37-year-old H. Anakhasyan and17-year-old M. Tamaryan. The latter were moved to medical center with physical injuries.
On 16 October, the investigative body was informed that on the same day at about 01:00, M. Tamaryan died not regaining consciousness.
A criminal proceeding was filed on the case in Yerevan Investigation Committee under the provisions of Article 242, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RA.
A preliminary investigation is in progress.
A juridical auto-technical expertise was assigned for clarification of circumstances on the criminal case. Necessary investigative and judicial actions are undertaken to find out the reasons of the collision.
