Today, the meeting of Anti-Corruption Coalition member NGOs of Gegharkunik marz took place in Gavar City.
Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the Coordinator of the Secretariat of anti-Corruption Coalition facilitated it.
He share with the Coalition members the information on his visit conducted in the framework of the 16th International Anti-Corruption Conference in Putrajaya, Malaysia,
In the framework of their visit, Mr. Karen Zadoyan and Mr. Artak Saribekyan, the AYLA Executive Director had important meetings with the Chairman of the Organizational committee of the Anti-Corruption Conference and with other persons. They also established partnership with the organizations distinguished in the sphere of anti-corruption fight in the world.
Karen Zadoyan stressed that the civil society plays a key role in Malaysia. Drawing comparison with the anti-corruption experience of Malaysia he stressed the importance of elimination of the atmosphere of impunity in our country, enhancing the role of civil society and ensuring accountability of public authorities.
The Coalition members asked the questions on the issues of their concern and received exhaustive answers.
