Khachatur Khachatryan, the former judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori Marz has not jet testified in the court. Karen Tumanyan, the defender of the accused informed about this. He also mentioned that the court has come to the stage of examining the written evidences; the facts submitted by the preliminary investigation body are being publicized.
Khachatur Khachatryan has been charged for the fact that occupying the position of the judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori marz since 27 February 2009, under the pretext of conducting some actions within his authorities in favor of Seyran Karapetyan, as well as using his official position to support conducting definite activities in Karapetyan’s favor, he demanded from the latter a bribe in especially large amount of 20.000 USD equivalent to 9.186.000 million AMD, which he received from Karapetyan on 25 December 2015 at 18:30, in his office in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori Marz.
