“DEM EM” Initiative published a form of the letter-request to the RA President Serzh Sargsyan. The letter request condemns the violation of the requirements of Article 3 of the RA Constitution as well as violation of the Decision of the Constitutional Court and illegal collection of for compulsory accumulative pension payments.
