The charge against Shant Harutyunyan, who is under arrest for the violence against the representative of the powers, has been changed under Paragraph 4 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of the RA, which provides “hooliganism committed with a weapon or another item used as a weapon.”

Ruzanna Badalyan, Shant Harutyunyan’s wife told this at the conversation with the journalist of “Haykakan Zhamanak” Daily.

“Today, perhaps we shall know what changes have been made in the charges against the others,” the newspaper wrote.
