The draft laws on the unified whistleblowers’ electronic platform were presented to the attention of CSO representatives that operate in Lori marz. The event was organized by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association and the Ministry of Justice.
In particular, Ms Arpine Sargsyan, Leading Specialist of Anti-Corruption Policy Development Unite of the Anti-Corruption and Penitentiary Policy Development Department of the Ministry of Justice Draft Decisions of the RA Government on “Approval of the Technical Description and Procedure for the Maintenance of the Unified Electronic Platform” and “On establishing a sample form of record registration and formulation in case of internal or external notification, as well as on the procedure for implementing protection mechanisms for whistleblowers.”
We should also be note that such a meeting shall take place on 1 December 1, in Gyumri as well.
