Celebration of the International Women’s Day has cost the taxpayers 19 million 76 thousand AMD. The Municipality had provided this amount for the cultural events organized in Yerevan city. However this is not all yet. In reply to our inquiry the Municipality informed that in the connection with 7 April, 18 million 355 thousand AMD has been allocated for the same purpose.
The mentioned costs have been planned and are financed by the Yerevan city budget for 2017.
On March 8, Yerevan Municipality had initiated a number of measures and events, among them: painting of the city transportation means, decorated the Northern Avenue with flowers and organized musical shows.
