On 29 September, at 12:25 pm, the employees of “Kosh” penitentiary, realizing the operative data, examined the garbage truck entering the zone. As a result they found 77 grams of green substance, 1 syringe with 2 grams of white transparent substance, 11 mobile phone cards, 1 charger and 1 USB cable from the driver’s cab.
The finding was seized and sent for examination.
