The Compulsory Enforcement Service signed a contract with “Catherin Group” company on 18 June, for car repairing services. The general price of the contract was 3 million 107 thousand AMD.
This purchase would not have been so strange if there was not a small circumstance. We have learnt from the state register of legal entities, that one of the founders of “Catherin Group” company is Mihran Poghosyan, the Chief of Compulsory Enforcement Service.
