A criminal case on making false documents to help the Indians is being investigated in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davtashen Administrative Districts. The accused are Anna Vardanyan, Narine Sargsyan and a citizen of India Guarav Ikbal Chand Sharman.
According to the accusation, in 2014 Guarav Ikbal Chand Sharman, having the aim to assist his fellow citizens to obtain residency cards, gave the documents of 6 citizens of India to A. Vardanyan and Narine Sargsyan, thus organizing the preparation of false labor contracts at individual entrepreneur Narine Sargsyan for the citizens of India. He paid 40,000 AMD to compile each labor contract as well On this basis false applications with false contents were sent to the Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police and residency cards were provided to those people.
Recognizance not to leave the country was chosen as measure of restraint for the accused.
