The Public Relations department of the RA Ministry of Justice informs that the RA Law on the Protection of Personal Data has entered into force today, on 1July 2015.
The law regulates the rules and regulations of collection and processing the personal data by the The law regulates the state government or local government bodies, state or municipal institutions or organizations, businesses or individuals and the terms and conditions of exercising control over them.
The RA Law on the Protection of Personal Data also stipulates the rights of the subject of the data, the responsibilities and obligations of the data processors, control over the legality of processing personal data, and the procedures of the transfer of personal data to third parties and other states.
