Dear Citizens. This is already a week that you have blocked Baghramyan Avenue, your actions are illegal. Yesterday the RA President made a statement, after which today the initiating group issued its statement and urged everybody to go to the Liberty Square and there continue the discussions. There are provocateurs among you, who provoke you to apply unlawful actions. The Police urge to stop the activities and leave Baghramyan Avenue or the police will apply force. You violate the provisions of Article 32 Part 2 Article 29 of the RA law on the Freedom of Assembly and Article 180 of the RA  Code on Administrative Violations. The police once and again applies to you and urge to stop the unlawful actions and to remove the underage children and pregnant women from the site of the illegal gathering.”
