Shortly before, in Baghramyan Avenue where the people is protesting against the rise of electricity tariffs a statement saying that the decision on the raise of tariffs was delayed. However in fact, President Serzh Sargsyan had stated that the government will assume the duty on the part of rise of price unless the final conclusion of the audit is made.
In the interview with Iravaban.net, activist Argishti Kiviryan said that through such statements the government tries to break the people, stop the waves of protest and take the people off from Baghramyan Avenue. The people should not believe in such statements.
“We have distinct demands, which should be fulfilled,” said Argishti Kiviryan.
