29-year-old Anna Yurtaeva is charged with the theft from another person’s apartment while she was cleaning it., Informs DataLex Judicial Information System.
According to accusation, while carrying out cleaning works in the apartment of A.H she theft money and jewelry, thus causing Arina Harutyunyan especially large damage.
There are three packages of evidence in the case: the first includes jewelry, the second – thirty five 100 USD bonds, and the third package with personal belongings of the accused.
The case is examined in the Court of general Jurisdiction of Ajapnyak and Davitashen Administrative Districts, presiding Judge Tatevik Grigoryan. Bail is applied as measure of restraint.
