On 04.06.2015, a criminal case under Article 347 Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code has been initiated based on the materials prepared in Ararat marz Investigative Department on the fact of the defendant’s cursing and threatening of the prosecutor carrying out his duties provided by law during the court session in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor Marzes on 29 May.
