Witness by the criminal case investigated within the proceedings of Akhuryan Investigation Division of RA Investigation Committee Shirak Marz Department Armenuhi P. and suspect Lamara A. by the same criminal case, having been warned against committing false denunciation on a crime provided by part 1, Article 333 of RA Criminal Code, during the interrogation informed that the officials of Gyumri Town Kumayri Division of RA Police Shirak Marz Department during the time period from October 10, 2014, 08:00 pm. till October 11, 2014, 03:00 am. kept them in the building of the mentioned police division, during which under the impact of threats compelled them to write explanations not corresponding to reality, and Lamara A. also gave a false communication on the fact that they had sold the newborn baby of Armenuhi P. to Kamo K. for 1000 USDD.
On the incident of exceeding official powers by officials carrying out special service a criminal case was instituted pursuant to part 1, Article 309 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is in progress.
