Quoting News.am website, the Deputy Chief of Police Hunan Poghosyan, who heads the operative group of the police wrote, “Permyakov began to testify and told that he left the post and went for a walk. He came to that address to drink water. He knocked at the door but no one opened it. He tried to enter the house but someone woke up, and then the incident happened.”
