According to the report of the citizen Gayane A., a criminal case was launched based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic Armenia in accordance with Part 1 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
The citizen Gayane A. reports that in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal case launched with regard to the robbery committed from her apartment, the employees of Erebuni Police Department of the Republic of Armenia has revealed the golden chain and pendant from the gold market which were identified by herself, but they handed only the golden chain to the investigator in charge of reviewing the case and the pendant has disappeared.
In addition, the officer in charge of executing the proceeding did not allow to examine the golden chain when produced for identification and asked her to leave the room, thereby, violating the judicial procedure as stipulated by the law.
A preliminary investigation is in process.
