Karen Avagyan is a member of the RA Parliament since 31 May 2012. According to the Annual Incomes and Properties Declaration published by the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, in the beginning of 2013, he had declared 44,948,230 AMD, which by the end of the fiscal year increased and totaled to 46,994,800 AMD.
In the period of 2013, the official declared income of 7,569,000 AMD, of which salary and other equal payments totaled to 4,309,000AMD; income from alienation of property (other than cash) 2,300,000 AMD and other revenues of 960,000 AMD.
As an affiliated person his mother Lilia Zakaryan declared 360,000 AMD as salary and other equal payments.
