A criminal case was instituted in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia based on the materials received from Vagharashapat department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia under Part 1 of Article 325 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. We get this information from the Official website of the RA Special Investigation Service.
According to the data obtained as a result of the preliminary investigation, on September 10, 2003 Vagharshapat passport Department of the Passport and Visa Department of Police of the Republic of Armenia falsified the documents required for issuing a passport to Lusine V. and RA Passport was granted under her name on false grounds and used by an unidentified person.
A preliminary investigation is under way.
