Citizen Vladimir R. reported that the employee of Compulsory Service of the Ministry of Justice of the RA quarreled with him on a minor reason in Vanadzor City of Lori Marz, on 16 July 2014. During the quarrel the enforcement officer used violence against him hitting in his leg and thus caused a minor damage to his health without elements of bodily damage.
Based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigatory Service of the Republic of Armenia a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 258 of the RA Criminal Code.
According to the information of the Special Investigatory Service preliminary inquiry is in process.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
