Indictment is filed against Gor Arakelyan, who shot in Vernisage. The measure for restraint has not yet been set.
According to Information Department of the RA police indictment is filed against him under the provisions of Articles 34-104 – Attempt to commit a Murder and Paragraph 1 of Article 235 – illegal procurement, transportation, keeping or carrying of weapons, explosives or explosive devices, except smooth bore long-barrel hunting guns of the Criminal Code of the RA, which is punished with arrest for the term of up to 3 months, or with imprisonment for the term of up to 3 years.
