Biography of the Newly appointed Assistant to the RA Prime Minister

A few days earlier, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan appointed his new assistant Valeri Mkrtumyan. The latter worked as a Secretariat Adviser in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 22-28 April 2010, and after that was assigned to the Staff of the RA NA, as Head of External Relations Department. He worked in that position until 2014, and on 6-8 May again returned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and on 8 May was assigned to the post of the Assistant to the Prime Minister.
