On Hovik Abrahamyan’s decision Valeri Mkrtumyan was assigned to the position of Assistant to the Prime Minister.
“Governed by the order provided by Sub-Point 6 of Paragraph 121 of the 18 July 2007 Decree NH-174-N of the President of the Republic of Armenia, assign Valeri Mkrtumyan to the position of Assistant to the Prime Minister,” reads the decision.
