In 2013, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk marz Vaghinak Mkrtchyan declared 3.981.341 AMD, which accumulated from remuneration for labor and/or other wages.
According to the declaration on property and income for 2013, which he submitted to the Ethical Committees for High-Ranking Officials shows that at the beginning of the reporting year he had 34.000.000 AMD, which by the end of the year increased by 1.000.000 AMD. At the same time Vaghinak Mkrtchyan’s Euro and USD assets of 20.000 and 15.000 accordingly, remained unchanged.
Gayane Khachatryan, the judge’s wife had submitted a declaration of the interrelated person. The latter in 2013 had 514.289 AMD, which accumulated from remuneration for labor and/or other wages.
At the beginning of the reporting year Gayane Khachatryan declared 45.000.000 AMD, which at the end of the year increased by 1.000.000 AMD. The wife’s assets in Euro and USD were unchanged as her husband’s, 45.000Eur and 85.000USD accordingly.
Notably, the actor Vardan Petrosyan’s case currently is in judge Vaghinak Mkrtchyan’s proceedings.
