Srbuhi Galyan has been appointed as the Minister of Justice.

The decree was signed today, November 5, by President Vahagn Khachatryan.

Born on May 5, 1992, in Yerevan.

2008-2012: Studied at Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Law, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

2012-2014: Studied at Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Law, receiving a Master’s degree in Law.

2014-2018: Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law, postgraduate studies.

2016-2017: Studied at the RA School of Advocates.

On September 1, 2020, S. Galyan was appointed as Deputy Prosecutor General of RA, coordinating the functions related to the confiscation of illegally acquired property.

Since 2015, she has been teaching at Yerevan State University, and since 2016 at the Justice Academy.

As a reminder, the decision to appoint Galyan to this position was made at the Civil Contract Party’s administrative meeting.

From September 1, 2020, she held the position of Deputy Minister of Justice of RA. She was subsequently appointed as Deputy Prosecutor General.

At the Prosecutor’s Office, she coordinated the area of confiscation of illegally acquired property.
