According to the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court’s, it is anticipated to confiscate more than 1 billion 286 million AMD, 264 thousand USD, 2 real estates, shares in favor of Armenia from Gagik Tsarukyan’s daughter and son-in-law. The Judiciary informs.
The Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by Judge Narine Avagyan, decided to confiscate in favor of Armenia, from Ex-Governor of Kotayk Marz, Ex-Mayor of Abovyan Karapet Guloyan and his wife Roza Tsarukyan, 9177/10,000 parts of 1 real estate in the village of Arinj, Kotayk marz, the cottage on Tanzaghbyur street, the land plot at 29 Tandzaghbyuri street, Tsaghkadzor community, Kotayk marz, 2,000 shares of “AKBA BANK” OJSC, the right to claim the unreturned part of the provided loan – 264,000 USD, 1,286,545,113 AMD will also be confiscated from Karapet Guloyan in favor of Armenia.
The decisison enters into legal force 1 month after its publication and can be appealed to the RA Anti-Corruption Court Appeal within a month from its publication.
