“Since yesterday, the Azerbaijanis have positioned themselves in the immediate vicinity of Stepanakert, and have also placed block-posters on the road from the regions to Stepanakert.
There is conflicting information regarding the various settlements and their residents, and many have not yet been contacted.
It is true that immediately after the cessation of hostilities, the Artsakh police are carrying out enhanced service in various districts of Stepanakert, but the tension is naturally maintained.
Today, with the mediation and participation of the Russian side, there will be negotiations with the Azerbaijanis, during which a detailed discussion on the situation in Artsakh is expected.
To be honest, the citizens of Artsakh do not have particularly optimistic expectations in the current situation, but a large number of questions are expected to be answered from this discussion.
One of the main questions is what will happen to Artsakh and our compatriots living there.
At first glance, it seems that everything is already clear, but as they say, “the devil is in the details” and today’s negotiations will bring clarity in terms of what to say and what to do.
